Seller will have the Option to manage there complete account by Loggin into there Seller Account. Seller Can go to Dashboard and can check the order received, Order dispatched etc.

How can I close my account?

Closing a Account you have to send a mail to our Support team they will do it from there side and make your account Inactive so if you in later stage come and want to reinitiate your account it will be done by the Support team on your request.

How do I add inventory?

Use excel based inventory files to create multiple products simultaneously

How will I know when I have sale?

Toss click will notifies you by email or text when you receive an order, Please select notification methods in your account setting,

How can I track my order?

Visit the my order page in your account and click on track order to get the real position or status of your order

How do I place a cancellation request?

If you want to cancel your order Create a cancellation request online click on the cancel link against your order in the my order section

How do I place a replacement request on toss?

If you want to replace a product create a replacement request online, You can replace the product bought on toss within 7 days of delivery login to your toss account.

I paid cash on delivery how would I get the refund?

The refund will be credited in your wallet.

How long will it take me to receive refund after I cancel the order?

Around 7-15 days to complete your refund request

If I received wrong product how can I get it replaced?

We already take care to ensure customer satisfaction unfortunately if you receive a wrong product please raise a replacement request or get in touch with us

What should I do if I found my package opened or tampered?
